About Lynch NP Services
Lynch NP Services is a virtual health clinic led by licensed Nurse Practitioners in Ontario. We provide psychiatric assessments, ADHD evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, and medical documentation — all through secure online appointments.
We serve residents across Ontario. All services are provided virtually and securely through our online platform.
All care is delivered by Nurse Practitioners (NPs) licensed in Ontario, with advanced training in primary and mental health care. Each NP is qualified to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of psychiatric and primary care conditions.
Yes. If you are able to provide formal diagnostic reports for a prior ADHD diagnosis, we are happy to provide ADHD-specific follow-up care, treatment planning, medication review, and support for accommodations even if you were diagnosed elsewhere.

Our services are transparently priced:
- Initial Mental Health Consultation: $199
- Initial Medical Consultation/Complex Forms (>2 pgs): $149
- ADHD Diagnostic Package: $399-$500
- Simple Forms (<2 pgs)/Sick Notes: $49
- Follow-Ups: $49

Lynch NP Services does not bill OHIP directly. However, many extended health benefit plans cover Nurse Practitioner–provided services. We issue official receipts that include license details for reimbursement.
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to appointment times for full refunds to be provided.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a 50% appointment cost cancellation fee. This is required to cover the cost of making a care professional available for your virtual visit.
Getting Started
Booking is simple. Choose a service from our [Services Page], select a time that works for you, and complete our secure intake form. No referral is required.
You'll receive a confirmation email with your video link and any required intake forms. If your service includes cognitive testing, you'll receive instructions before your appointment regarding how to complete these steps.
Just ensure you’re in a private, quiet space with a stable internet connection. Bring a list of medications and any relevant history (e.g., past diagnoses, reports, or documents).
If desired, you’ll receive a written summary of findings, a clear treatment plan, and — if appropriate — prescriptions, accommodation letters, or referrals for therapy or follow-up care.
Services & Clinical Care
We treat a wide array of primary and mental health conditions. This includes common conditions such as anxiety, depression, blood pressure management, minor aches and pains, skin conditions/acne care, weight loss support, among others.
We also have specialized training in treating ADHD, sleep difficulties, disordered eating patterns, and many more.

Yes. Nurse Practitioners can prescribe both psychiatric and general medications.
This is done at the discretion of each of our individual NPs.
Yes. Depending on the service, we can provide:
- Diagnostic summaries
- Accommodation letters
- Sick notes
- Lab requisitions
- Treatment recommendations
Safety & Emergencies
Lynch NP Services is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.
Although we do fast-track prescription provision to clients who are known to our clinic, we cannot provide these services for new patients of for novel acute medicals concerns.
We do not provide emergency prescriptions or manage acute psychiatric episodes requiring immediate stabilization. Please reach out to your primary care provider or emergency services for these needs to obtain the appropriate support in these emergent situations.
