Founding Lynch NP Services

Early in his career, Mark Lynch worked across high-pressure clinical environments, including trauma care, geriatric psychiatry, and outpatient psychiatric services. Across these settings, a consistent pattern emerged: many individuals were waiting too long for care that was often rushed, fragmented, or insufficiently tailored to their needs. Important diagnoses were delayed or missed, and care plans frequently lacked depth or continuity.

Lynch NP Services was established to offer a different model of care—one grounded in thorough assessment, clinical reasoning, and individualized treatment planning. The clinic emphasizes evidence-based practice and takes the time required to understand the full clinical context, rather than relying on checklist-driven assessments, ensuring your story is heard and your needs are met.

Founder, Nurse Practitioner – Mental Health & Primary Care

Mark Lynch is a seasoned Nurse Practitioner with an exceptional career and experience spanning acute care, primary medicine, geriatrics, and psychiatric mental health. Known for his thoughtful, methodical, and highly personalized approach to client care, Mark brings both clinical excellence and deep human empathy to every patient interaction.

Raised and trained in Ontario, Mark’s passion for redefining health care emerged early in his career. With each role — from inpatient trauma care to outpatient psychiatric consulting, ADHD management, and disordered eating and weight loss support — he witnessed the growing gaps in our health system: limited access, fragmented support, and a lack of individualized care. Rather than accept the status quo, Mark envisioned something better.

Today, Lynch NP Services exists as the realization of that vision — a premium, purpose-driven virtual health clinic that puts people before paperwork and outcomes before algorithms in supporting you on your care journey to your best health and quality of life.

London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC)

Starting out as a front-line RN with LHSC’s Nursing Resource Team, Mark delivered care across a variety high-stakes environments — including inpatient mental health, geriatrics, acute medicine, surgery, and trauma. This depth of experience honed his ability to assess complex cases quickly and compassionately, managing everything from mood disorders to medical and psychiatric comorbidities.

Psychiatry & Family Health Teams

Mark trained with thePsychiatry Liaison Service, supporting adults navigating various health issues such as depression, anxiety, dementia, and polypharmacy.

Through further training as an NP within Family Health Teams and NP-Led Clinics across Ontario, he gained vital experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and navigating the complicated healthcare landscape to deliver holistic, preventative, and recovery-oriented care to patients of all ages.

Telehealth Platforms & Virtual Care Leadership

Before founding Lynch NP Services, Mark first took the time to learn the virtual care landscape. He quickly excelled at providing comprehensive psychiatric consultations through various digital care platforms.

Through years of practice, he has developed expertise in areas such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, among many other mental health domains.

And this is the expertise he brings in his clinical lead role to benefit Lynch NP clients on a daily basis.

Outpatient Mental Health

At LHSC’s outpatient mental health division, Mark serves as a medical leader for clients navigating the complexities of eating disorders and the array of physical and mental health-related complications that can be associated with them.

He is known for his individualized approach to medical planning that supported clients throughout their therapy while ensuring medical safety and long-term recovery outcomes are optimized.
