You agree to be truthful and accurate in the information you provide
If it is found that you are note receiving services from within the Province of Ontario, or you’ve intentionally presented information to mislead your provider, services may be terminated.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Lynch NP Services provides non-emergency, virtual psychiatric and primary care services. Our services are not a substitute for:
Emergency medical services
Crisis intervention
Hospital-based psychiatric care
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
3. Appointment & Service Use
Appointments must be booked and paid for in advance
No-show and cancellation policies apply (see booking platform for details)
Prescriptions and documents will only be issued when clinically appropriate
4. Intellectual Property
All website content — including text, logos, graphics, and forms — is the property of Lynch NP Services and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written consent.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Share your login or impersonate another person
Record or distribute your sessions without explicit permission
Submit fraudulent medical information
